Recognizing and understanding each individual\u2019s strength and talents is important in team building exercise<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

A strong team in any organizations or company is the one where everyone can use their own strengths to achieve a common goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When implementing team building exercise to encourage teamwork among the team members, there are several things that are needed to be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This includes recognizing each other\u2019s strength and talents, understand how their strength and behaviour can linked to success and how team members can use their knowledge of each other’s strengths to plan, strategize, analyse and implement actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When team members appreciate and recognised each other’s strengths, they will effectively work better with each other, avoid potential conflicts<\/a>, boost teamwork and create positive communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within an organization or company, it is important for everyone to know their own strengths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is so that when people have definitive roles that fit their strengths and talents, their energy and passion can later increase their own productivity and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By recognising everyone\u2019s strength and talents, this will make the organization or company become more inclusive as people are more accepting and understanding towards each other’s differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In utilising the varying strength from various individuals, it also requires flexibility and trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is because it allows each individual to use their unique strengths to achieve goals their own way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lack of flexibility on the other hand will make team members or employees in any organizations or company feel unmotivated and discouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, limited flexibility is only recommended in times of crises or when introducing an employee to a new role or position.<\/p>\n
