Minister of Women, Family and Community Development YB Dato\u2019 Sri Rohani binti Haji Abdul Karim (front, third left) launched the Program Literasi Undang-Undang Siri II<\/em> at Wisma Bapa Malaysia on 15 June 2015.<\/p>\n

Themed \u201cStrategic Roles of Women in Changing Environment: Knowing the Rights!\u201d the seminar aims to create awareness and share knowledge with 200 participants consisting of both women and men from the State Civil Service on women rights in Malaysia from a legal perspective, allowing them to understand the importance of these rights in relation to development in family, organisations and society.<\/p>\n

Organised by the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development in collaboration with the Chief Minister\u2019s Department, this particular seminar is the second series with more to be held in the future.<\/p>\n

In attendance during the event were State Secretary YB Tan Sri Datuk Amar Haji Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani, Secretary-General to the Ministry YBhg Dato\u2019 Sabariah binti Hassan, Deputy Secretary-Seneral Azman Mohd Yusof, Women Development Department Director-General YBhg Dato\u2019 Munirah binti Abdullah Bajanuddin, Director of Human Resources Unit, Chief Minister\u2019s Department\u2019s Dr Sabariah Putit, State Ministry of Welfare, Permanent Secretary to Women and Family Development Megir Gumbek and others.<\/p>\n
